Michele S. Stephan, Esquire is the attorney owner of Sarasota Injury Law. Ms. Stephan has been practicing auto accident and personal injury law for 12 years and personally oversees every case handled by the firm.

Michele S. Stephan graduated from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. She is member of the Florida Bar Association, Sarasota County Bar Association, Venice-Englewood Bar Association, Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court, Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. Ms. Stephan is admitted to practice in Florida State Court, Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida and Federal Tax Court. Ms. Stephan is a volunteer judge for Teen Court of Sarasota County, guest lecturer for Habitat for Humanity, pro bono attorney for Legal Aid of Manasota and has been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast.



Stuart B. Cassell is the firm’s case manager. Mr. Cassell practiced auto accident and personal injury law in New York for over 30 years. Mr. Cassell is not licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Mr. Cassell brings his years of experience in auto accident and personal injury matters to the firm as the case manager who assists Michele S. Stephan, Esquire with the efficient processing of claims, records collection and case management.
