Case consultations are free and are conducted in our office, by telephone or at a location convenient to the prospective client. Sarasota Injury Law serves Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties primarily however, cases are accepted throughout the State of Florida. We are selective in the matters we handle to ensure the integrity of the legal profession and the quality of our service. Cases are handled on a contingent fee basis with costs advanced by the firm and reimbursed from the recovery. That means that if there is no recovery, there is no cost to the client. We utilize the standard fee agreement and Statement of Client Rights promulgated by the Florida Bar Association.
